Minor Repair

If you already have a permit for your system, but need to make small changes to the septic tank, sewer line, or distribution box, then you need a Minor Repair permit.

To get this permit, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Contact an engineer (if applicable).

STEP 2: Complete and submit an application for a Minor Repair permit to Boulder County Public Health .

STEP 3: Schedule and complete a site inspection with Boulder County Public Health (BCPH).
