New System

If you’re building or installing a new system on undeveloped property you will need a New System permit. To get this permit, simply follow these steps:

STEP 1: Hire a licensed professional to complete a soil test & analysis.

STEP 2: Complete and submit an application for a New System permit to Boulder County Public Health.

STEP 3: Schedule and complete a site inspection with Boulder County Public Health (BCPH).
