Symptoms of Campylobacter Infections

Campylobacter infections often cause acute gastroenteritis, which is characterized by diarrhea (sometimes bloody), fever, cramps, tiredness, and occasional vomiting.

Symptoms generally last 2-5 days, with a range of 1 to 10 days.

  • Diarrhea (sometimes bloody)

  • Fever

  • Cramps

  • Tiredness

  • Occasional vomiting

Incubation Period

  • 2-5 days
