Immunization Clinic Information

Immunization clinics are held weekly in Longmont and Boulder.

Routine immunizations for children and adults are
given on a walk-in or appointment basis.

Call one of the clinic sites below to make an
appointment.

Cost (see our
price list):

Children’s immunizations are $14/shot, with a
maximum charge of $56. No child will be refused service because
of an inability to pay.

Fees for adult immunizations vary based on the type of
shot.

Fees can be paid with credit card, cash, or checks.

Flu shots:
-
During flu season, children 6 months through 18
years can be immunized against the flu for $14.

Please call ahead
to make sure that flu vaccine or intranasal flu spray is
available.

Adults can receive flu shots at community clinics.
