Reporting Assistance Program (RAP)

With rapid reporting, quick response, and investigation, and with appropriate control measures, we are dramatically reducing the spread of contagious disease and improving the overall health of the residents of Boulder County. 

The Reporting Assistance Program (RAP) is designed to give you the information and tools needed to report a communicable disease in a timely and efficient way. Components of RAP include:

Prevention
