Housing Counseling and Classes - provides a full range of housing counseling services for residents of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. All counseling services are free and available by appointment.

Housing Assistance – Housing assistance and rental programs.

Development - focus on new construction and the purchase and recapitalization of existing housing units in order to provide a variety of housing units for mixed income groups.

Housing Rehabilitation - home rehabilitation programs for the City of Boulder and Boulder County. Electrical, plumbing and roofing upgrades as well as energy conservation updates can be completed.

Neighborhood Energy Sweeps - Each year, Longs Peak Energy Conservation cooperates with local municipalities involved in the ClimateSmart campaign to distribute compact fluorescent bulbs and promote home energy efficiency.

Family Self-Sufficiency - assists low-income families in obtaining the education, job training, and life skills necessary to move toward financial self-sufficiency.

Casa de la Esperanza - improve self-esteem and school performance by providing families with a positive, caring environment and on-site educational and recreational activities.

Senior Housing Services –onsite case management to assist current residents with care needs, financial concerns, access to activities and other needs that arise.
