Affordable Rentals
We provide clean, nicely maintained one, two and three-bedroom units
located in: Broomfield, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Lyons, Erie and
Nederland.
Public Housing
Apartment units offered at affordable rents to eligible families,
seniors, and persons with disabilities. The Public Housing Waitlists
are closed and we are not accepting applications.
Section 8
Effective February 1, 2008 the Section 8 Waitlist is closed and we
are not accepting applications. The Waitlist is not expected to open
again until 2012.
If you are a Section 8 landlord or wish to
become one, check out these FAQ's.
Section 8 is a rent subsidy program that
assists eligible low-income persons and their families by
paying a portion of their rent.
- Tenants pay no more than 30% of their
adjusted monthly income towards rent.
- Preference is given to families,
elderly and disabled persons who live, work or go to school in Boulder
County.
- Eligible applicants locate a unit in the private rental market.
- Rent must be within the current Allowed Payment Standard
Casa de la Esperanza (Agricultural Farm Worker Program)
- Serves 36 agricultural workers and their
families in Longmont
- Site restricted to agricultural workers only
- Onsite management with educational and
recreational activities

Senior Housing
We offer housing exclusively for seniors.
Seniors may apply for any of our Housing Programs as well.
