Position Title:Left Hand Outdoor Challenge (Youth)
Department:Parks and Open Space

Time Commitment or Project Date:Every third Saturday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. through May. Applicants must be between 14 and 18 years old as of September 1, 2015.
Program Summary:
The Left Hand Outdoor Challenge is an exciting program for Boulder County teens aged 14 to 18. The program encourages young adults to develop skills necessary to become stewards of Boulder County Parks and Open Space. Through demonstration and hands-on application of outdoor skills, participants will apply environmental stewardship practices through service learning, environmental education, leadership, and team building.
