Boulder County Volunteers!
Position Title:Medicare Class Assistant
Department:Community Services
Category:Human Services and Public Health
Time Commitment or Project Date:One to two hours per month on weekdays between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm. Must be at least 21 to apply.
Senior Centers in Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville
Program Summary:
Assist the instructor in setting up class materials and taking attendance at Medicare Basics Classes that occur once or twice each month at local senior centers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with displaying class materials, laptop and projector set-up, making sure class participants sign in and receive class materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Reliable transportation to Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville Senior Centers in all weather; pleasant customer service skills.  Must be at least 21 to apply. Volunteers must pass a criminal background check.
