Position Title:Administrative Support Volunteer
Department:Housing and Human Services
Category:Human Services and Public Health
Time Commitment or Project Date:Minimum of 2 hours a week for four months.
Location:
Primarily Boulder for a minimum of two hours a week for four months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

An Administrative Support Worker will work directly with the Volunteer Office Coordinator to support administrative duties for the volunteer programs, summer camp and holiday gift card program which are offered to clients who have limited access to financial resources.  In addition, the Administrative Support Worker will organize the donation closets in Boulder and Longmont as well as do research to find resources to meet the urgent and emergency needs of the most vulnerable individuals and families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Great organizational skills as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Open to learning and receiving feedback.
Willingness to join a busy, dedicated team of professionals.
