Welcome: The Boulder County Land Use Department provides both long range and current planning for unincorporated Boulder County.

Other services the Land Use Department provide are: processing of building permits and building inspections, zoning enforcement, provide mapping services, and identification of areas within the County; and monitor legislative activity.

New! Courthouse Annex Remodeling Project Update:

Our office has a new temporary location on the second floor of the Courthouse Annex Building. The Front Desk is accessible by walking up the two flights of stairs in the main entrance on 13th Street or by the elevator on the North side of the building on Spruce Street.
