Please note the Land Use Department will be closed Tuesday morning February 16, 2010 until 9:30 AM for an all staff meeting. Also, the week of March 1 thru 5, 2010 the Building Division staff will be short-staffed due to classes at the Colorado Chapter ICC Educational Institute, and unable to guarantee next day inspections. Welcome: The Boulder County Land Use Department provides both long range and current planning for unincorporated Boulder County.

Other services the Land Use Department provide are: processing of building permits and building inspections, zoning enforcement, provide mapping services, and identification of areas within the County; and monitor legislative activity.
