What We Hope to Accomplish
What we hope to accomplish through the BCCP Sustainability Element Update Meetings and Public Hearings is to provide information on the following subjects regarding adding a Sustainability Element to the BCCP and to solicit and record Public Comments to report back to the Planning Commission and County Commissioners:
  • Expansion of the Transferable Development Rights (TDR) Program
  • Trends and Possible Limits to Structure Size
  • “Green Building” Concepts
