Lodging in a Dwelling
Over the past several months, the Boulder County Land Use Department has been exploring options for revising the current Land Use Code to allow for short-term vacation rentals of privately owned residences in unincorporated Boulder County.
A letter with some information and research was recently sent to property owners in some of the more popular vacation rental areas such as Allenspark, Eldora, Raymond, and Riverside. You can access the letter and additional information by clicking the links below.
