Boulder County Land Use Code Update:
Possible Amendment in Process

Code Update on Public Referral Notification Process

Boulder County is beginning a process to consider amending the Boulder County Land Use Code to allow a cost-effective means to notify the public of upcoming land use dockets. Nearby property owners will be notified through a postcard referral system similar to the process currently used for Site Plan Review.
