Where we are:
Boulder County is located in northern Colorado,
USA, along the Continental Divide in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The
western half of the County is steep, mountainous terrain ranging to nearly
14,000 feet in elevation. The eastern half is rolling plains beginning at
an elevation of 4800 feet. General information regarding Boulder County
and demographic data can be obtained from
the Boulder
County web site. |
|
Software:
We use a wide variety of GIS software packages for analyzing, manipulating and
displaying our data which includes the most current versions of ARCINFO,
ARCGIS, and ARCVIEW. Most of our procedures and routines are
developed in-house by the GIS staff. |
