you for your interest in this information resource. On this
webpage you will find useful links to Land Use Department
documents and maps, the Land Use Code, and information regarding
both upcoming and past community meetings in Eldorado Springs.
Please feel free to submit your suggestions and comments at any
time, by phone or through this webpage.
The Land Use Department has hosted four public meetings to gather your input
to include in the Townsite Plan. Your ideas, suggestions, and concerns have
since been incorporated into the Plan. This plan does not include any new
regulations, but rather serves as a guiding document for the possible creation
of new regulations in the future. The Townsite Plan is now headed to the Boulder
County Planning Commission for review. This meeting will be held on October 15,
2008, at 5:30 p.m. in the Commissioners' Hearing Room (third floor, Boulder
County Courthouse). |

While this item is currently included in the agenda for the October 15th
Planning Commission (PC) hearing, Staff also acknowledges that it has been
several months since we last met with you in person about the draft plan. If you
feel that holding an additional community meeting about the draft plan would be
beneficial, please let us know and we can postpone the PC hearing. Finally, in
response to your request at the previous meetings, we are currently assessing
the level of property-owner interest in the roads in Eldorado Springs. Please
refer to the "Eldorado Springs Roads Memo" and the "Eldorado Springs Roads
Questionnaire" below, and let us know what you think!
