Welcome to the Boulder County Land Use Department's Planning
Division Homepage.
The Land Use Planning Division includes the teams of Current, Long Range, and
Public Information Planning, Historic Preservation, Site Plan Review, and
support staff.
The Planning Division’s primary responsibilities are maintaining the
Comprehensive Plan, reviewing development proposals for consistency with the
Comprehensive Plan and conformance with the Land Use Code, answering day-to-day
questions from the public, preparing information materials, conducting
inspections, maintaining the Land Use Code, providing graphic support for the
department, document and historic preservation. |
