Allenspark, Raymond, & Riverside Townsite Planning

Residents of the greater Allenspark, Raymond and Riverside community have formed the 747 Community Project to guide the planning initiative. They created the following Mission Statement: We will develop a community plan that represents a consensus of our citizens, landowners and residents’ vision for the future of the Allenspark Area and provides guidelines for preserving what we value and changing what we do not.
