In February 2007, Boulder County
Parks & Open Space received a grant from the Colorado Historical
Society to complete a historical & architectural survey of select
Eldora properties.
The historical & architectural survey
is a standard method used across the state to identify buildings 50
years of age and older that may have historical significance. The
survey is for information gathering purposes only and does not in
any way obligate property owners to any further action.
