The FAPC vote was
10-3 against the staff recommendation to allow farmers to grow Roundup Ready sugarbeets
on county open space land.

Parks and Open Space Advisory Committee
(POSAC)
The POSAC vote was
6-1 in favor
of the staff recommendation to allow farmers to grow Roundup Ready sugarbeets on county open space land, with one abstention.
May 28 Study Session with POSAC and FAPC
A joint study session and public hearing was held with POSAC and the FAPC
on May 28, 2009.
