Group or Special Use Application

You can submit your request one of three ways. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

2. Print and fax one signed copy of the Group and Special Use Reservation Form (PDF) to Sukey Williams (303) 678-6178.
   OR
3. Print and send two signed copies of the Group and Special Use Reservation Form (PDF) to:

4. When your request has been received, management will review it and you will be notified. If approved, take a signed copy (containing both BC management’s and your signatures) with you to your event.
    

General requirements for group/special uses on Boulder County Parks and Open Space:

1. Group Reservations are required for all groups of 25 or more.
2. All applicants are required to submit their completed application at least 14 days in advance of the planned event. We recommend that applications be submitted as early as possible for event scheduling.
3. Approval of event does not give exclusive rights to a location or parking facility.
4. If, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners or the Director of the Parks and Open Space Department, the activity will cause significant impact to the natural environment or will require significant Departmental resources, the County may prescribe a fee that includes the costs expected to be incurred by the Department, impose other use restrictions, or deny permission for the activity.
5. At the discretion of the County, applicants may be required to obtain insurance for your organizations against person injury or property damage in the amount of $600,000 or more and name the County as an additional insured on its policy
