Project Description:Exemption Plat request to adjust the lot line that separates 8 Leon Lane from 10 Leon Lane, increasing the size of 8 Leon Lane and decreasing the 10 Leon Lane by roughly 0.07 acres. This boundary line adjustment will both address the encroachment of the garage on 8 Leon Lane and allow the garage to meet standard setbacks of the Forestry zoning district.
