DC-14-0001: Amendments to Land Use Code to define retail and medical marijuana as a combined use and amendments to related terms and provisions

Proposed Boulder County Land Use Code text amendments to Article 4-512 and Article 4-516 to define retail and medical marijuana as a combined use and update terms related to marijuana businesses. Amendments also include proposed provisions for medical marijuana caregiver activities, home occupation, and marijuana grown for personal use regulations.
