Visit www.BoulderCountyFlood.org for flood recovery and rebuilding assistance. Review 2013 Flood Restoration and Repair for information on repair to residential structures.

Due to ongoing flood recovery efforts, the Land Use Department is currently controlling the number of planning applications accepted to meet the resources we have available, and a waitlist for new planning applications is being managed. Once application packets are prepared following your pre-application conference, please contact the Land Use office to get on the waitlist or to check waitlist status.
