How to download a PDF file directly to your hard drive

Right-click the link to the PDF document and choose "Save Target As..."  (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As...".(Firefox) to download the file. Save the file to your hard drive. Note where you saved the file and then go to that location, open the file and print from within Acrobat Reader.

How to print to 8 x 11 paper

To print a PDF on letter-size paper choose File > Print, and then select an option from the Page Scaling menu (such as "Reduce to printer Margins").
