Restaurant Inspection Records

Public Health works with food facilities by providing both consultations and regulatory inspections. Facilities are scored according to the Colorado Retail Food Codes and earn a rating of Excellent, Good, Fair, Marginal or Unacceptable based on observations during the regulatory inspection.

Property Search (E-mapping)

Find detailed information about a particular property using the Boulder County Assessor’s E-mapping tool. Search by a variety of variables including: address, parcel number, street name, subdivision, and more.

Birth & Death Certificates

Boulder County Public Health issues certified copies of birth and death certificates. Birth certificates can be issued for anyone born anywhere in Colorado after 1904. Death records are issued for deaths that occurred in Boulder County 1880 to present. Find out more about how to order certificates and required identification.
