Subdivision Paving LID Advisory Committee (SPLIDAC)

This citizen-led advisory committee served as an independent committee to provide the Boulder County Commissioners and Transportation Department with recommendations regarding administration of the Subdivision Paving Local Improvement District.

As of July 25, 2014, the Subdivision Paving Local Improvement District was invalidated by District Court order, effectively dissolving the SPLIDAC along with it.

SPLIDAC Meetings

Study Session, Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014 from 12-1 p.m.
Public Invited to Attend

The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has scheduled a study session with the members of the former Subdivision Paving LID Advisory Committee (SPLIDAC) to review the county’s budget and expenditures and to discuss any new ideas for the reconstruction of unincorporated subdivision roads.

The format of the study session has been established as an informal “roundtable” discussion among members of SPLIDAC and the BOCC to review the county budget and share ideas about the future of subdivision paving.

The agenda will include a presentation by Budget and Finance staff on the county’s revenues and expenditures over the past 20 years followed by an informal discussion among the BOCC and SPLIDAC members on potential funding options for subdivision paving.

The public is invited to attend and listen in to the group discussion, but no formal public testimony will be taken. Comments are welcome at any time through the website.
