Mount Sanitas - July 19th a 1.4 acre wildfire that started around 11:45am near 4th and Mapleton. Due to
quick response from several agencies the wildfire was contained in less than one hour. There were no injuries, or
structures lost.
Responding agencies were the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Boulder Fire Department, Cherryvale Fire
District, Boulder Rural Fire Protection District, Boulder Mountain Authority, Boulder Emergency Squad, and the
Boulder Police Department.
