EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN
The purpose of the Emergency Operations Plan is to delineate task assignments
and responsibilities for the operational actions that will be taken prior to, during, and following an emergency or
disaster affecting local government in order to alleviate suffering, save lives and protect property.
