The Support Services Division is a diverse group responsible for providing a variety of direct public and
internal support services involving internal law enforcement and the public. It consists of two Sections:
Records and Communications
The Records Section manages all internal public safety records for the
Boulder County Sheriff's Office and all external records requests coming into the Office by other agencies and by
the public. It is staffed by nine full-time employees whose hours span Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until
6:00PM. This section is supervised by Sergeant Peggy Driscoll and she is assisted by Supervisor Theresa Cavalier.
The Communications Section is staffed by twenty-three dispatchers and
other support personnel.
