Longmont-to-Boulder Trail Connections Project

The project includes:

The projects are part of the LoBo Trail Connections Project which has been approved for federal transportation enhancement funds.  Additional funding for the two trail segments is from the countywide Transportation Improvement program approved by voters in 2001, and from the City of Longmont for the 95th Street Bridge segment.  Construction of the 95th Street Bridge replacement is anticipated for fall of 2009 with trail construction to follow.

Project Open House

On Wednesday, December 17th, 2008 staff from Boulder County, the City of Longmont and City of Boulder were available to answer questions about the LOBO Trail Connections Project.  The open house was a great success and was a walk-through format with exhibits of all three trail projects.

More information on the project is available by calling Boulder County Transportation at (303) 441-3900.
