Online Floodplain Information Request Form

Procedure

As a public service, the Boulder County Transportation Department, Engineering Division, provides floodplain information, upon request, for properties in unincorporated Boulder County.

Providing complete information and as much information about the subject property as you have available assists staff in identifying the subject property so that an accurate determination can be made.

Upon receiving your request, staff will make a determination and mail or fax a letter of determination back to you. In most cases, staff will respond to your request within a few days, however responses may take as long as ten working days, therefore please make allowances for that. In some cases, staff may be able to complete your request in the office while you wait.
