Rock Creek Trail - 120th Street to Flagg Park

The 120th Street to Flagg Park trail segment will connect the northern terminus of the Rock Creek Trail in the Vista Business Park to Flagg Park.  This segment will pass through the Two Creeks Open Space and Warembourg-Lafayette Farm, which is jointly owned by Boulder County and Lafayette Open Space.

In February 2007, Boulder County Open Space and Lafayette Open Space amended the Jointly Owned Boulder County - Lafayette Open Space Management Plan which included a preliminary alignment for the Coal Creek/Rock Creek:  120th Street to Flagg Park trail segment.  The 398 acre property along Coal Creek in southeastern Boulder County provides scenic vistas and urban buffers, preserves riparian resources and wildlife habitat, provides recreation opportunities, and ensures the construction of agriculture in the local area.
