Tax Lien Sale Property Spread Sheet
The list of properties
was published in the Boulder Daily
Camera today, and will be published each
Friday for the next three weeks. The
printed list will go out of date as the
property taxes are paid off. The on-line
lists will be updated each Friday. You
can download the excel spreadsheet, or
the comma delimited text file now.

Lien Sale Buyer Briefing
Please join us for a question and answer
information briefing. We will cover some
Boulder County prior year's statistics,
abbreviations and descriptions
of properties, online information you
can use to plan for the sale, how to
research properties and the Treasurer's
Deed process. There will be time for
questions. Bring your laptops, wi-fi
will be available. Refreshments will be
served.

Pearl Street, Boulder. 3rd floor
Commissioner's Hearing Room. Parking
passes for City of Boulder Parking
Garages will be available if the
courthouse parking lot is full.
