and High Schools -
weeks of November 9 (Boulder Valley middle

Boulder County Healthy Youth Alliance and Boulder
County Public Health are looking for help in administering the Youth

and programs impacting youth.
The time commitment includes a one-hour training, times listed below,
and about 1.5 hours on the day of the survey. A sign up for
specific schools, dates and times will be available at the trainings.

Housing and Human Services
Neighborhood Walkers (late November -
January)
Boulder County Housing and Human Services
is looking for volunteers to distribute doorhangers in low income
neighborhoods. The doorhangers publicize under-utilized
governmental programs such as the child health plan (CHP+), Medicaid,
home weatherization help and Food Stamps. This is a good way to
ensure that families will stay warm, healthy and fed this winter.
Distribution is scheduled to take place over select weekends from late
November through January.
Please contact Joan Nagel, Boulder County Housing and Human Services
at
jnagel@bouldercounty.org or call 303-449-5135.
