The Administrative Services Department supports county offices and departments in their mission to provide the best in public service. Administrative Services contains the Building Services, Business Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Financial Services Divisions.
In 2018, Boulder County Building Services Division created a Facilities Master Plan to be used as a guiding vision for short-term and future planning for Boulder County’s buildings and facilities.
Human Resources is a solutions-focused team of dedicated human resources professionals who serve Boulder County’s most valuable asset, our employees, by providing services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce.
Financial Services supports the public service mission of Boulder County by providing fiscal leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, safeguarding of assets, and providing timely delivery of information and services to internal and external customers.
Resource Conservation Division strives to lead and promote actions that will help Boulder County reach its goal of “Zero Waste – or darn near” by 2025. Our mission is to provide convenient, cost-effective facilities and programs to help Boulder County reduce waste disposal, protect the environment, and conserve natural resources.
The BOE determines the value of a property when there is a question or dispute that is not resolved at the Assessor level.
