CHFA-Certified Homeownership Education Training
WfBC is pleased to offer the only Homeownership Training in Boulder County certified by the Colorado Housing & Financial Authority (CHFA) and Housing of Urban Development (HUD). This 7-hour in-person workshop is facilitated by highly trained Workforce staff and ‘subject matter experts’ in the community. Currently the Homeownership Training is delivered in English.

Homebuyer Readiness Workshop Series
These are/will be a series of shorter virtual workshops about budgets, credit, and mortgage prequalification that can help you to better position yourself to pursue homeownership. Please note, these workshops are not CHFA-certified.
Affordable Purchase/Down Payment Programs of Boulder County!
Have you ever wondered how you may be able to afford to purchase a home in Boulder County? Boulder County has a variety of local programs that offer avenues to home purchase via affordably priced homes as well as down payment assistance programs. During this presentation, you’ll hear from those local programs, learn about what they offer and how they work, and have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have!
