Purpose of Public Reports

The information provided in the Public Reports is for general informational purposes only and may not be a complete record of the case. It should not be relied upon for any other purpose, including criminal background checks. Users should consult with the Clerk of the Court, 20th Judicial District 303-441-3750, in order to obtain the most up to date and complete information regarding a case, and/or to obtain copies of the file or any records pertaining to the case.

This site has reports that allow you to search for public information about cases that have been opened by the District Attorney’s Office in the last 18-24 months. This excludes cases involving juveniles and court sealed cases.

If you have the court case number or the name of a defendant, you can run the Case Summary report or the Defendant Name Search report to see a summary of the case. If you want to see what cases the District Attorney’s Office has scheduled for a specific day, you may run the Daily Case Events report.

Please read and follow these instructions carefully. Failure to follow the instructions may result in denied access to Public Reports.
