Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-21-0018: Hollman-Brown Secondary Short-Term Rental
Application for a secondary dwelling short term rental rented less than 60 nights a year with a two-night stay minimum on a 1.04-acre parcel. The application is submitted by Ruby Eileen Hollman Trust (property owner) and Elizabeth Brown & Ted Hollman, Trustees (applicants) in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposal is in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 364 Taylor Road, approximately 110 feet from Taylor Road, in Section 30, Township 3N, Range 72W.
