Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Public Hearing: Docket SU-17-0006 Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch – Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 1 p.m.

Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket SU-17-0006: Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch
REVISED: Special Review to expand the existing Resort Lodge/Guest Ranch use to allow for the construction of an Indoor Horse Barn, a Hay Storage Barn, and four Duplex Cabins, the remodel and addition to the Main Lodge and Recreational Center, and an increase in occupancy to 80 students and 40 staff during the day and 80 students and 8 staff overnight, and the rental of cabins to the public during summer months. The application is submitted by Rocky Mountain Pathways Inc. (applicant/property owner). The proposal is in the Forestry zoning district at 15747 State Highway 7, on the north side of SH 7, directly across from its northern intersection with SH 7 Business Route in Allenspark, in Section 25, Township 3N, Range 73W.
