Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-19-0035/SPR-21-0083: Miraflora Farm Earthwork, Ag Worker ADU, and New Structures

Limited Impact Special Review for 2,350 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork and Site Plan Review for the deconstruction of ten agricultural structures including an ADU, the construction of seven new agricultural structures, construction of a new 1,800 sq. ft. agricultural worker ADU, construction of a 3,000 sq. ft. accessory residential structure, construction of a new 17,500 sq. ft. greenhouse, and a new 3,000 sq. ft. accessory structure at 8110 and 8187 Ouray Drive. The application is submitted by Christopher William Wynne Trust (owner) and William Wynne (applicant). The proposed project is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 8187 Ouray and 8110 Ouray Drive, located approximately 1/2 mile north of the intersection of Ouray Drive and Oxford Road, Section 21, Township 2N, Range 70W.
