Marshall Fire - Community Meeting on proposed updates to the Boulder County Land Use Code regarding Accessory Dwellings – Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 6-8 p.m.

Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket DC-22-0003: Marshall Fire Recovery Accessory Dwelling Text Amendment
This online community meeting will focus on the ability to build an Accessory Dwelling as part of the redevelopment of a property where the residence was destroyed by the Marshall Fire. County staff will give a brief presentation on Accessory Dwellings and then facilitate discussion intended to gather feedback and ideas. Adoption of provisions related to Accessory Dwellings requires review at public hearings in front of the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners, at which there also will be opportunity to provide input.
Spanish-language and closed-captioned options will be available. For those not able to attend live, the meeting will be recorded and posted online on Friday, May. 27.
