Communicable Disease Programs
- Immunization services at 515 Coffman Street in Longmont have been cancelled until further notice.
- Immunization services at 3482 Broadway Street Boulder have been cancelled until further notice.
- The Works syringe access program has reduced services to one day a week at the following location:
515 Coffman St. in Longmont is open Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Requests for supplies will be taken over the phone during these days and hours.

Family Health Programs
Nurse-Family Partnership: Nurse-Family Partnership is conducting telehealth visits with all existing clients and continuing to enroll new clients via telehealth. Call Liza Patrick, Program Coordinator, at (303) 881-3778 with questions or to refer a new client. Women, Infants, and Children (WIC): All in-person WIC services have moved online and over the phone. New and current participants can reach us at boulderWIC@bouldercounty.org, 303-413-7520 (Boulder), 303-678-6130 (Longmont), 720-564-2706 (Lafayette) for ongoing services and support.
Children with Special Needs: The Children with Special Needs program is currently providing care coordination and resource support for children and youth with special health care needs by email and phone. If your family has coordination or resource needs please contact us at 303-579-4907.
Community Health Programs: The BCPH Community Health programs will not host any trainings or have face-to-face meetings or contact beginning Tuesday, March 17th. Please see below for information specific to each of our programs.
Community Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP)
Community members with questions about our Healthy Futures Coalition (HFC), Healthy Futures Youth Coalition (HFYC) and Communities that Care (CTC) Coalition should contact Allison Bayley at email@example.com. GENESIS staff are available from 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F. We are accepting referrals at this time via email or through our website and will continue to enroll participants in GENESIS and provide remote/telephone case management.
Staff are providing telephone, text and Facebook support to participants. Clients can contact us with questions regarding health care, well-being concerns, and parenting issues or if they need resources related to social services or educational concerns.
Parent Specialists will be able to assist GENESIS clients with scholarship support for online learning fees. Contact your Parent Specialist for scholarship assistance (see contact information below).

TEPP staff will be available to respond to any tobacco prevention or education needs that come from our community by email from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F. GENERATIONS Youth and Parents Specialists are available from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. M-F by phone and email. In addition, staff can coordinate remote/virtual one on ones with families (parents and youth) to include communication updates regarding resources available to them that are individualized to their specific needs, especially Spanish speakers.

Weekly teen groups will be offered virtual groups for social connection and support. GENERATIONS members will receive a link on Wednesday, March 18 for the virtual group session on Thursday, March 19. If this is method is successful this process will continue weekly for the immediate future.

Open and Affirming Sexual Orientation and gender identity Support (OASOS)
OASOS staff are available by phone and email from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F. Staff continue to be available to chat one-on-one for support by phone, videoconference or text. OASOS is also directing teens to Q Chat as a virtual LGBTQ+ support group resource.
