Resources for Those Affected by COVID-19

Boulder County is working with community partners to help those affected by COVID-19. View the COVID-19 Resources page to see resources for accessing emergency assistance, food and financial assistance, health care and mental health care supports, child care assistance, and more.

The Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting Department physical office is CLOSED though May 31. When the office does reopen, we will take measures to protect staff and the public. Some of those measures may include limiting staff and public access to the building, adjusting hours, and continuing to work remotely when possible.

Online applications for both Planning Reviews and Building Permits are now available at www.boco.org/CPP-application-submittal Applications that are currently in process will continue to be reviewed remotely. We are convening Planning pre-application conferences via telephone or video. We look forward to providing these services and further developing systems that will better serve applicants now and beyond this event.

Building Safety & Inspection Services accepts online applications for EZ-BP’s (Easy Building Permits) which are for residential building permits that do not require plans for submittal. Download the EZBP application form, complete the form, and submit via email.
