Purpose/Background

The Boulder County Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience (OSCAR) is seeking a professional consultant to conduct a consumption-based emissions inventory (CBEI), to calculate the scope 3 emissions of the resources being consumed in the county.

For further details please find “Scope of Work,” included in a subsequent section of this document.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. May 16, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than May 20, 2022.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittal Instructions

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 31, 2022.
