| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background Boulder County is looking for a consultant to evaluate the feasibility of developing highly resilient renewable energy systems to meet the needs of the town of Gold Hill and surrounding community. The goals of this project are to evaluate the technical, economic, social and environmental feasibility of providing the community with renewable energy; ensure that these energy systems are highly resilient to disruption in the face of fire, floods, high winds and other climate related disasters; and to ensure all potential options are shared with, and vetted by, the Gold Hill community. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. December 10, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than December 13, 2019. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. Submittal Instructions Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Information Desk or email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on December 19, 2019. The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP # 7080-19 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged. Please see the revised RFP below. This replaces the RFP that was originally issued on December 2, 2019.
