A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the site on June 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

The following guidelines will be enforced for the health and safety of everyone involved in the pre-bid meeting:

  • Nothing can change hands; no documents, business cards, sign in sheets, etc.
  • All participants are required to wear face coverings at all times.
  • All participants are required to maintain at least 6 feet of physical distancing at all times.
  • Visits will happen one contractor on site at a time on an individual basis.
  • Only one person from each contractor will be allowed in the building.
  • Participants will be allowed to take photos or videos of the site in order to review with subs.

In order to keep a level playing field, and in the interest of transparency, no discussion is allowed during onsite visits. ANYTHING that is discussed during the course of visits must be submitted in writing to the bid

Purpose / Background

Boulder County Building Services, a Division of the Public Works Department, is requesting a BID from qualified contractors to perform all demolition, excavation, piping, and concrete construction necessary to make the modifications required per attached drawings to one vehicle bay at the Large Vehicle Storage Building #5 located at 5201 St. Vrain Road, Longmont, CO 80503. Please review all information included in the following documentation. See item #3 below for inquiries in writing of any questions/concerns you may have.

All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. June 11, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than June 15, 2020.
