Optional Pre-Bid Meeting

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2020 at 3897 North 75^th Street, Boulder, CO 80301 at 10:00 a.m. A representative from your company is encouraged to attend the meeting. To comply with social distancing guidelines:

• All participants are required to wear face coverings at all times.
• All participants are required to maintain at least 6 feet of physical distancing at all times.
• Visits will happen one vendor on site at a time on an individual basis.
• Only one person from each vendor will be allowed in the building. (no subs)
• Participants will be allowed to take photos or videos of the site in order to review with subs.
• No discussion is allowed during onsite visits. Anything that is discussed during the course of visits must be submitted in writing to the bid.

Purpose/Background

This is a tenant remodel of the Walden Ponds Boulder County Transportation Division Office and Crew Room; includes the deconstruction and removal of existing crew room and office, as well as new construction of exterior load-bearing and interior non-bearing walls. This BID focuses on the Concrete scope associated.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. June 12, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than June 15, 2020.

Submittal Instructions

BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 22, 2020. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time via email to all vendors who submitted a bid.

The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications
regarding BID # 7150-20 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies.
All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.

Please see the attached drawings and specifications that were not included in the bid
documents. All inquiries regarding this BID submitted before 2:00 p.m. June 12, 2020
will be answered as scheduled on June 15, 2020.
