Position Title:Invasive Plant Monitors

Program Summary:
Volunteer invasive plant monitors are needed to visit some of Boulder County’s most scenic properties while collecting ongoing scientific data in the field. Volunteers visit some of Boulder County's most scenic properties. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
From June to September, volunteers will hike along trail corridors using photo points to identify and record the location of weeds to help determine areas of management concern and success. 
Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge of local flora (native and exotic) is preferred. Ability to maintain and organize database and spreadsheet to track monitoring.

Invasive plant monitors must be at least 18 years old.

Applications deadline is 4/11/2014. Since there is limited space in this program, all applications will be screened before interviews are arranged.
