Armed Robbery Suspect Pursued
Suspect in an armed robbery and assault pursued through Boulder County.
Boulder County, Colo. - At approximately 9:33 a.m. on November 10, 2015 Boulder County Communications received a 9-1-1 call of an armed robbery and assault that occurred at a residence in the 5200 block of Sunshine Canyon, in unincorporated Boulder County. When deputies arrived they found a 45 year-old male victim with non-life threatening injuries. He was treated at the scene by medical personnel and then transported to the hospital.
The suspect of the armed robbery was then seen driving away from the City of Boulder. He was last seen by us on Highway 128 near Interlocken. Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, City of Boulder Police Department and the Colorado State Patrol pursued the suspect until they were nearing Broomfield and then called off the pursuit due to the dangerous driving conditions.
Suspect is believed to be armed and should not be approached. Please call 911 if you see the suspect’s vehicle.
Boulder County Sheriff’s Office detectives are actively investigating this incident and pursuing leads.
